With over a decade of experience consulting for leading companies and education institutions, Ritchie is an Honorary Fellow of Cambridge University and holds an MBA (Distinction) from Warwick Business School, MPhil in Innovation from Cambridge University, MA in Business from Edinburgh University and BSc in Finance from Manchester University.
Prior to cutting his teeth as an entrepreneur, Ritchie also has marketing experience working in a corporate environment, having held positions at HSBC and Direct Line Group previously in his career.
Dr Dave Chaffey is best known for his books on digital marketing including Digital Marketing: Strategy, Implementation and Practice which have been used by many marketing students worldwide over the past 20 years. His digital marketing advice for students on his digital marketing blog.
He is co-founder and Content Director of publisher and digital marketing advice site Smart Insights that helps businesses create more effective integrated digital strategies using the RACE Planning system and toolkits.
He also advises companies on digital marketing strategy through training workshops and consulting delivered to large international organisations like 3M, Barclaycard, HSBC, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, M&G Investment, O2 and Mars-Royal Canin to smaller companies and startups.
